Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly translate 2D brand toolkits into high-fidelity 3D renders for retail environments, point-of-sale units, bar activations, and pop-up experiences, utilizing tools like SketchUp and V-Ray.
• Produce clear technical drawings, dimensioned layouts, and diagrams that external suppliers and fabricators can directly quote and build from, ensuring seamless production.
• Efficiently handle routine design and artwork adaptation requests, preparing design assets under tight turnarounds for projects with cycles often less than one month.
• Leverage AI-driven creative tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, iteration, and visual presentation, pushing the boundaries of design innovation.
• Support day-to-day project tracking, managing artwork requests, and coordinating deliverables across cross-functional brand and production teams, ensuring smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience (2–3 years) in a fast-paced agency setting, with a strong portfolio across retail, point-of-sale, and experiential projects.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray (or comparable rendering tools), alongside the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A production-minded approach, able to think beyond the render to how materials fit together, creating diagrams that fabricators can interpret accurately.
• Curious and adaptable, with hands-on experience using AI creative tools to enhance your design process.
• A collaborative team player who is eager to learn, adaptable under pressure, and brings a positive attitude to every project.
