Contract – 6 months, Location – London(Onsite 3 days a week, 2 days remote)

As a Customer Solutions Engineer , you will be responsible for solving complex customer challenges by applying cutting-edge technology to real-world scenarios. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that customers can leverage cloud, AI, and other advanced solutions effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to create customized solutions that address customer needs.

Required Skills:

  • Core Tech role related knowledge.
  • Knowledge of one or more core tech area including Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Systems Admin, Machine Learning, Systems Design, Networking, Large Dataset Processing, Video/Mobile, data analysis, Cloud, Containers, Telecoms, Video, Hardware/Low Level, Android OS, Chrome OS, Mobile, Auto, Wearables, or other specialities to be determined by hiring manager.
  • Technical support ticketing system (familiarity with support ticketing systems), 
  • VDI infrastructure (knowledge of VDI systems such as Cameyo, Citrix or horizon), 

  • Windows domain administration (knowledge of Active Directory, EntraID),

  • Enterprise customer engagements(experience working with enterprise customers).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver end-to-end solution architecture for client challenge.
  • Work on recurring challenges that require a scaled solution.
  • Make decisions within a work stream and manage stakeholder decisions autonomously, with direction from senior peers or manager only when needed.
  • Source and engineer solutions to complex customer challenges.
  • Manage relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skillfully communicate business goals and impact to customers goals.
  • Responsibly own launch processes, data compliance, and legal issues.Expertise
  • Recognize patterns and plan solutions that can be reused by others.
  • Contribute to team initiatives by acting as an expert resource for product area (e.g., Retail, YouTube, Infrastructure, or. OEMs, ODMs, 3PL).
