Job Title: Field Marketing Manager

Location: Amsterdam – Hybrid (Onsite: Mon/Wed/Thu)

Are you a dynamic and strategic marketer with a passion for driving impactful campaigns? We’re looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead critical initiatives, shape marketing strategies, and deliver measurable results. This temporary 6-month role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence the success of innovative products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans, collaborating with sales and marketing leadership to ensure success.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless product launches and user adoption.
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and generate actionable insights to influence product and feature development.
  • Craft critical user journeys and lifecycle strategies to boost engagement and adoption of product features.
  • Lead medium- to large-scale marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, analysing performance for optimization.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and user engagement strategies tailored to target audiences.
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to align marketing goals and resources, while managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
  • Define and execute product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies.
  • Ensure all work aligns with the overall brand voice, quality, and strategic objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in brand management, campaign lifecycle management, and crafting actionable marketing briefs.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, go-to-market strategies, and product positioning.
  • Strong ability to analyse and synthesize data to inform business strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Exceptional situational leadership skills to engage with senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Adept at managing client/partner relationships and mentoring junior team members.
  • Expertise in identifying market opportunities and creating comprehensive marketing strategies that deliver results.
  • Ability to influence and inspire audiences through compelling narratives supported by data-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the changing industry landscape, including trends and competitive analysis.
  • Strong experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on user engagement and growth.
  • Familiarity with innovative tools and processes to enhance marketing campaigns.
