For our client, one of the leaders of the streaming market in France, we are looking for a Product Development Designer to be an integral part of the EMEA PDC team covering all product development aspects of the business across the french market.
The person will have to:
- manage the development and execution of Title properties in how they turn up across all
categories with a focus on food & beverage.
- manage freelancers and outside agencies in the development of creative tools, such as mood boards, product mockups and other needs to assist in driving the creative direction of products from Infant to Adult.
- Partner with licensees and retailers to drive innovation and supply feedback from concept to final product approval ensuring brand vision, design quality and product integrity.
- Manage and maintain product approvals in a timely manner through the internal product approval system.
- Build and maintain close relationships with cross functional teams such as Licensing, MSD and Retail Marketing to support overall brand vision.
- Align with key stakeholders across content makers, brand partnerships, BLA, creative marketing and regional marketing teams where applicable to maximize the impact of our strategies.
What are we looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in directing creative vision for food and beverage product development categories, with either vertical or entertainment/licensed brands or retail.
- Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate – exercising storytelling and joy through creative execution and product development.
- Understanding of the competitive brand and European retail landscape.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with contractors and agencies in soliciting creative projects and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital.
- Essential project and time management skills.
- French and English speaking.
