Agency Partner – Media Agency Partnerships
Location: London – hybrid
Duration: 12 months

A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Agency Partner to spearhead the growth and development of strategic relationships with a portfolio of media agencies.

As an Agency Partner, you will be at the forefront of building best-in-class partnerships through thought leadership, education, and innovation. You will drive the adoption and growth of digital advertising solutions, positioning the organisation as a trusted strategic ally to its agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media agency partners, representing their needs internally while delivering the full value of the organisation’s advertising solutions.

  • Foster deep relationships with key stakeholders across agency teams—both traditional and digital media—through proactive engagement and strategic collaboration.

  • Champion product education across partner agencies to increase understanding and adoption of the company’s advertising solutions.

  • Design, pilot, and scale initiatives that promote innovation, brand building, and business results using the full suite of digital advertising products.

  • Monitor performance across the agency portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and delivering strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and build scalable agency programmes that support long-term success in a dynamic media environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Agency Management, Media Sales or Online Advertising.

  • Proven success in managing client relationships within a matrixed organisation.

  • Demonstrable ability to engage with and influence senior agency stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, with an aptitude for simplifying complex technical concepts.

  • Experience navigating internal cross-functional collaboration to deliver client success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A strong interest in technology and its influence on business and consumer behaviour.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience delivering high-impact presentations.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a flexible, solutions-oriented approach.

  • Experience working with or supporting diverse communities.
