As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovative marketing strategies, driving engagement and growth for cutting-edge streaming and subscription services across EMEA. Your expertise will shape how millions experience entertainment, making a tangible impact on a global scale. This is a contract role until 30th March 2026 paying £48.08p/h PAYE. 

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the operational execution of high-impact regional campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring campaign performance is effectively tracked and optimized. Your analytical skills and passion for digital marketing will be instrumental in achieving ambitious goals and contributing to the success of a dynamic, forward-thinking organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and owned media channels.
  • Coordinate assets, timelines, and approvals, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
  • Partner with internal marketing teams, creative stakeholders, and external agencies to align campaign goals and execution plans.
  • Act as a key liaison for regional stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and contribute to testing strategies (e.g., A/B testing) for optimized outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain operational best practices and workflows for campaign delivery.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement scalable solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and marketing metrics.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, cloud-based environment using productivity tools such as Google Workspace or similar platforms.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Agency-side experience or experience supporting large-scale global brands.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Exposure to subscription-based services, media/entertainment platforms, or EMEA markets.
