We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Manager to join a global audio entertainment platform at the forefront of music, culture, and innovation. This role is part of a high-impact team focused on engaging audiences across Europe and beyond, through compelling music and content-led campaigns.

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of cross-channel campaigns supporting major music releases, content launches, and artist collaborations. You’ll work closely with internal creatives, industry stakeholders, and media teams to bring engaging projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as lead project manager for regional content campaigns across email, push, onsite merchandising, and paid media.

  • Coordinate creative asset development, media planning, and campaign execution.

  • Analyze post-campaign performance to develop actionable insights and scalable playbooks.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners across video, music, and digital channels to launch innovative growth initiatives.

  • Help scale campaign strategies across multiple EU and ANZ markets.

You Bring:

  • Strong marketing or project management experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using Excel or Tableau for campaign performance insights.

  • Experience building cross-functional marketing campaigns from ideation to launch.

  • Confidence in working independently, earning stakeholder trust, and delivering results under tight timelines.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working in or with the music industry.

  • Familiarity with artist campaigns, licensing, or content strategy.

  • Passion for music, entertainment, or cultural marketing.
