This exciting role puts you at the forefront of a large-scale digital transformation, collaborating with diverse teams across Europe and Asia. You’ll own the digital delivery, deployment, and rollout of transformative programs, from planning and execution to testing and stakeholder management. Your leadership will be key to navigating complex ecosystems and driving successful outcomes.

This is a fixed term salaried position contracted via Aquent on behalf of our client as a third party on a 12 months contract. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the digital delivery, deployment, and rollout of last-mile transformation programs.
  • Manage the day-to-day digital deliverables, including testing and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive outcome-based planning and execution, motivating teams and overcoming roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with business, digital, and support functions to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage risks and drive problem-solving with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Must-Haves:

  • Min. 7 years of experience in project management, within retail or logistics.
  • Proven experience in digital project delivery, navigating complexity, and scaling solutions.
  • Experience with automated end-to-end testing at scale.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Experience drafting and executing project plans for complex projects.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with digital tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Experience with creating platforms and using internal and external APIs.
  • Ability to travel.
