Ready to make a difference? As a UX Researcher, you will be the voice of the customer, championing their needs throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll leverage your expertise to uncover user insights, influence product direction, and validate design decisions through various research methodologies. Your work will directly impact the user experience, shaping products used by millions.

What You’ll Do:
* Represent customer needs across the product lifecycle, from discovery to adoption.
* Apply and adapt research techniques to meet specific project needs.
* Engage with customers to understand their unique product needs, defining user types, use cases, and UX opportunities.
* Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
* Validate design direction through user research, including usability testing and concept validation.
* Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
* Communicate findings through user segments, personas, user journeys, and other research artifacts.
* Mentor team members and advocate for user-centered design across the organization.

Must-Haves:
* Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
* Strong experience in applying customer-centered research techniques to product design.
* Expert knowledge in planning and executing research studies, including defining objectives, sample plans, and data collection methods.
* Portfolio showcasing research that influenced insights or experiences, including research goals, methodologies, and data visualizations.

Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience developing insightful questions for both technical and business-minded users of enterprise software.
* In-depth knowledge of UI design, usability evaluation, task analysis, and experimental design.
* Experience with online surveys and qualitative research techniques.
* Expert presentation skills to communicate complex topics effectively.
* Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
* Experience mentoring junior team members.
