Would you like to work with a multidisciplinary team of marketing technologists, content creators, social media managers and web developers to increase our customer engagement?


I am looking for my client, leader mondial du secteur de la construction et du batiment qui est en pleine de transformation digitale, a Digital Experience Design Manager.

As a Digital Experience Designer, you will ensure that the multi-channel, behavioral marketing campaigns meet visible and latent customer’s expectations in terms of their overall experience of my client. 
You can think of this role as product design in a broad sense: scope of work may include (but is not limited to) recommending optimal design for dynamic emails and landing pages, conducting qualitative deep dives on customer appreciation of specific engagement flows, supporting multi-variate testing tactics to deliver best-in-class interaction
experiences on each client touch point. 

As an experienced designer, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the different touch points(physical and digital) along with impactful behavioral marketing campaigns. 

You will participate in setting up engaging, digitally-enabled, customer-centric multi-channel campaigns: by translating business needs into actual assets mock-ups (emails, landing pages, s-/mms, social media posts, …) and campaign flow options, you will help to deliver a top-notch experience to each of our individual customers. You will get the opportunity to do rapid
experimentations to validate your designs, in a fully agile environment moving at a fast pace.
Play a pivotal role in bringing different teams together / Extensive cross-team collaboration, including (but not limited to) brand content, social media, product management, marketing intelligence, and big data teams. You will pivot multi-variate testing in the digital space and drive qualitative testing on the field with our sales and engineering teams.

Compétences requises:

Significant experience in driving experience design in demand generation programs (including social media)
 Excellent understanding of end-to-end business processes in campaign management
 Solid understanding of marketing automation and CRM (ideally Salesforce) and UX (e.g. Invision)
 Exceptional written and oral communications skills and equally effective in both formal and informal settings
 Ideation, innovation and brainstorming skills: strive for getting things
