As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process for hardware products. You will work closely with various teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to ensure that our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and hands-on execution to meet the demands of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Planning: Develop accurate demand forecasts by analyzing sales trends, market conditions, and product lifecycle data. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on forecasts and ensure they reflect business needs.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels across the supply chain. Minimize excess inventory while ensuring sufficient stock to meet demand.
  • Supply Planning: Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of components and finished goods. Develop and maintain supply plans that balance cost, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacity and constraints, working with manufacturing partners to ensure sufficient capacity to meet demand. Identify bottlenecks and work to resolve them proactively.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure the best quality and cost-effectiveness. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics process, including transportation and warehousing, to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition. Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service levels.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Product Management, Finance, and Engineering to ensure that the supply chain supports overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or related areas.
  • Experience of independently running projects from conception through to completion. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
  • Business level written and oral communication skills in English. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Knowledge of global supply chain trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
  • Project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
