As Operations Associate, you will help ensure the smooth running of the end to end operations of the EMEA business. You will be involved in projects to drive our efficiency and to enable the future scalability and growth of our business with our vendor partner, Amazon. You will help with regional planning, execution and delivery of bespoke processes across a number of stakeholders and cross functional teams including Sales, Regional Demand Planning, Order Management, Logistics and Transportation. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the direct fulfillment process, as well as experience working with large, complex organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Help drive the direct fulfillment program for our vendor partner in EMEA, including working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans to ensure smooth and efficient Partner operations
  • Partner closely with Amazon Senior Supply Chain Managers (SSCM) and Amazon Vendor Service (AVS) to improve operational efficiency and maximize sell-in Identify and resolve issues of our operations and solve for these with process design and improvement
  • Work with Sales, Order Management, Logistics, Reverse Logistics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Manage the operational reporting configurations including new SKUs, bugs and data integrity
  • Provide a source of truth for the partner and country teams regarding SKU information/maintenance, contracted cost prices and ASIN mappings

Qualifications:

  • Someone who has worked at our vendor partner in the past, is a must for this role
  • Understanding of supply chain
  • Skilled in Programme / Project Management
  • Operational experience within a fast-paced online sales environment
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with partners
  • Experience working within European markets with established regional retail knowledge
