This role is within a hybrid in-house creative team that sits on a global recruitment marketing team. The goal is for the hire to be fully integrated to the team and seamlessly work as an internal employee would. This role will be based in East London at least two days a week with the option to work remote the rest of the time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensure our assets appear consistently on-brand across our paid, owned and earned activation’s.
• Produce, adapt and roll out campaign and evergreen assets across multiple channels and touch points to a range of sizes.
• Work in ‘Project Teams’ to deliver content / full funnel briefs which ladder up to strategic business need.
• Work with the Production Manager and Creative Director to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand content.
• Deliver consistent artwork for all digital outputs – ensuring that high standards are maintained, with an eye-for-detail. Working with data to ensure we raise the bar with each concept.
• Edit / shape content so that it works across multiple channels.
• Provide light image retouching & colour correction support for assets when needed.
• Contribute to our brand guidelines and be the custodian of ensuring all assets meet the required standard.
• Own relationships and manage external agencies (where relevant).
• Work with partnering teams within the company to understand limitations of channels, ensuring all collateral has a ‘channel first’ approach and isn’t considered an afterthought.
• Take initial designs and/or key visuals and adapt to various assets, formats, specs.
• Produce digital banners, website and email headers, often working with toolkits or templates.
• Help edit videos – adding and animating logos, headlines, subtitles, CTAs etc.
• Ensuring all specifications are met – dimensions, file exports restrictions and clearance zones etc.
• Ensuring artwork is delivered on time.

About You:

• Highly competent in using Photoshop (using artboards), XD (for prototyping) and Illustrator (creating/editing icons).
• Video editing skills in After Effects or Final Cut Pro would be useful, but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of design foundations – layout, typography, iconography and photography.
• Good understanding of digital design to ensure the creation of best-in-class assets.
• Informed in the capabilities and limitations of digital assets across numerous devices – display advertising experience a plus.
• Organised, efficient, can-do attitude. Striving to improve processes through studio, to drive efficiency and smooth running.
