We’re looking for an exceptional senior integrated designer driven by creativity.

  • This is a full-time office-based role – Please only apply for this role if you can go into the office 
  • YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH THE NIGHT TEAM THE HOURS ARE 4PM – 12PM 
  • THERE IS ALSO A TAXI ALLOWANCE INCLUDED

Portfolios – Ideally showing experience with Infographics and Powerpoint Presentations 

You will be supporting our client’s strategic objectives, enhancing our team’s reputation for results-driven creativity by working effectively with the Creative Services Manager and in-house team to develop our roadmap of design and digital transformation for the client.

  • Creating and managing original, persuasive, conceptually compelling work and experiences across all creative media.
  • Day-to-day operations will involve working directly with the Creative
  • Lead as well as collaborating with the rest of our creative team either in the office or remotely via Microsoft Teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with our Creative Lead, Workflow Coordinator and team of onshore and offshore designers to produce a variety of pitch materials (e.g. presentations, bespoke covers and templates, illustrations, infographics, diagrams, maps, charting, animation etc.) using Adobe CC and MS Office to an advanced level
  • Develop creative output that is on-brand, innovative, challenging, and attuned to the cultural interests of the audience
  • Produce creative and enhanced PowerPoint slides that add value to client pitches by leading design team to create immersive and engaging, beautifully designed pieces of work
  • Take lead on shaping complex creative projects with the design team from scoping and briefing and initial concepts to development, implementation and delivery
  • Advise clients on communication, messaging, style, design to deliver creative requirements and leverage the skills of the design team to turn the concepts to reality
  • Proactively offer solutions over and above the client ask and encourage and support the team to do the same
  • Manage client expectations on working to tight deadlines and maintain strong client relationships
  • Elicit client feedback to consistently strive to deliver a fully client focused service
  • Work alongside our in-house and offshore team, mentoring our junior designers and design apprentices, delegating responsibilities and overseeing the creative as a whol
  • Responsible for quality control of own work, as well as midweight and junior designers
  • Buddy new joiners post-training – be a role model for, inspire, mentor, guide and supervise other designers, artworkers, team members to raise the overall team skillset
  • Uphold brand guidelines and adhere to consistent industry standard design and production processes, while also identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Adhere to best practices to ensure consistency of processes/housekeeping
  • Complete and keep up to date on all company compliance and department procedures and processes ensuring that they are adhered to

REQUIREMENTS

  • A proven track record of creating amazing client deliverables and assets such as printed collateral, digital media, infographics, motion led pitches and presentations
  • Ability to translate data into creative narratives that a wide variety of audiences can understand using the most appropriate form of communication design for each project
  • Experienced in strategic brainstorming, creative brief development, and creative execution
  • A good understanding of colour, layout and typography and how to correctly set up files for print and digital output
  • An innate talent and good eye for aesthetic detail that can elevate the creative above and beyond
  • A creative strategic thinker – know why ideas are strategically on point and understand the visual language of a project
  • An expert, in-depth and up to date knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, knowledge of AfterEffects and/or Premiere and UX/UI principles a bonus
  • A deep understanding of the creative process and productions lifecycle, industry standard methods and tools
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in emerging creative and cultural trends and readily adopt new ways of working
  • Comfortable presenting your ideas to your team and clients, confident to interrogate the brief and ask questions to ensure there is a clear brief and all the assets you need to do your job well
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and cope with pressure under time constraints with a calm and confident manner and ‘can-do’ attitude
