We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research to gather valuable insights that inform product design and development. You will work closely with product and design teams to ensure that user-centred research drives our product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth user interviews via video conference to gather insights into user behaviours, needs, and challenges.
  • Lead remote usability testing and design feedback sessions with users to evaluate product usability and inform design decisions.
  • Synthesize qualitative data from interviews and observation studies into clear, actionable insights for design teams.
  • Work closely with design and product teams to ensure research findings are integrated into the product development process.
  • Present research findings and insights to stakeholders, making recommendations to improve the user experience.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience and comfort employing product-focused user research methods.
  • Experience conducting in-depth user interviews via video conference.
  • Experience conducting remote usability testing and design feedback sessions.
  • Proven ability to synthesise qualitative data (from interviews and observation studies) into actionable insights for design teams.
  • Prior experience working as a user researcher in a software or tech company.
