Our travel client is seeking a Legislation Implementation Associate to join their Policy Products team. This pivotal role will focus on implementing and supporting regulatory compliance products related to short-term rental regulations while providing ongoing assistance to government partners utilizing these tools.
This is a 12-month contract, offering 63,3k pa pro rata (PAYE).
Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in Regulatory Products: Become a subject-matter expert on regulatory compliance tools and effectively communicate their features to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Manage the intake and implementation process for new regulatory products by gathering key requirements from government partners and collaborating with engineering and operations teams.
- Deployment of Non-Technical Solutions: Launch resources such as responsible hosting pages and customer service support tools following the introduction of new regulations.
- Government Onboarding: Conduct webinars, live training sessions, and other onboarding activities to equip government staff with the knowledge to use the compliance products effectively.
- Ongoing Support: Serve as the main point of contact for government users post-onboarding, addressing questions and troubleshooting with off-the-shelf responses or tailored solutions as needed.
This role involves collaboration with government stakeholders across Europe and Asia, necessitating flexibility to accommodate both regions’ working hours.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Relevant experience in fields such as regulatory compliance, code enforcement, account management, software implementation, or customer success.
- Strong Collaboration Skills: Ability to work independently and thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Customer Service Focus: Passion for delivering high-quality client service and ensuring user satisfaction.
- Organizational Savvy: Skilled in prioritizing and balancing competing interests in high-stakes environments.
- Technical and Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing and communication tools; experience with Salesforce, Asana, or Jira is a plus.
