Job Title: Industry Manager – Large Customer Sales
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Duration: Until 1st December 2025

Are you a strategic sales professional with a passion for driving growth in large customer accounts? We are seeking an Industry Manager to own and develop key customer relationships, lead high-impact sales strategies, and deliver outstanding revenue results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own one or more customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for joint business planning, sales strategy, pitching, and opportunity development.

  • Independently manage strategic pitches and activation plans to meet ambitious revenue targets.

  • Shape customer strategy, leveraging data and insights to unlock long-term growth opportunities across multiple verticals.

  • Lead regional initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to share best practices and align sales strategies globally.

  • Influence senior stakeholders and lead C-level engagements to build trust and drive business impact.

  • Use deep industry knowledge and product expertise to translate client needs into tailored solutions and competitive advantages.

  • Manage account planning, sales pipeline, and deliver data-driven insights to optimise performance and opportunity sizing.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to understand and address stakeholder needs through effective questioning and dialogue.

  • Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and navigating multi-level organisational structures.

  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Familiarity with sales tools and platforms to track and optimise customer engagement and pipeline management.

  • Solid industry knowledge and the ability to apply market insights to customer strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, capable of influencing diverse teams and senior leadership.

  • Experience in sales/partnership strategy development and execution, including pipeline management and opportunity qualification.

  • Confident situational leadership, with the ability to handle challenging discussions professionally and constructively.
