Join a leading live streaming platform as a Strategic Partner Manager, collaborating with content creators to cultivate engaging live streaming experiences. You’ll be the vital link between the platform and its partners, driving growth and fostering a thriving community. Your expertise will directly impact the success of broadcasters in the UK and wider English EMEA region, shaping the future of online entertainment.
As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the platform’s partnerships with content creators. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing support, guidance, and resources to help them maximize their reach and impact. You will also identify and recruit emerging talent, expanding the platform’s network of engaging broadcasters. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and vibrancy of the live streaming community.

This is a 6 months, hybird contract, offering £264.00 per day (PAYE).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing partnered content creators and maximize their use of the platform’s services
  • Identify, recruit, and develop content creators to use the platform’s services through CRM tools
  • Communicate product and policy updates and moderation decisions to assigned accounts
  • Report on performance metrics and goals concerning your creator portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (Marketing & Comms, Business Development, Sales, Finance, and Global Partnerships)
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve creator issues while advocating for partners’ needs
  • Support strategic programs (e.g., events) that provide value to broadcasters
  • Work with Customer Support to resolve partner inquiries

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing service roles
  • Experience providing value-add recommendations to enhance systems and programs
  • Experience accelerating the growth of content markets, creators, and self-sustaining programs
  • Understanding of key business metrics and ability to convey them to creators and team members
  • Experience coaching on and building creative strategies adapted to creators’ goals

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the platform as a creator
  • Previous employment at a gaming or live streaming company
  • Fluency in French
