Scale Licensing Specialist (EMEA Language)

Working hours: 35-hour week 

Must-have: Fluency in at least one EMEA language – bilingual proficiency
 

You’ll be joining a developing team, which has had its first years of success during 2021 and 2022, seeing huge growth in 2022/23, and now continuing within one of the world’s best-known brands. You will work with great people across an international business to help make our Licensing business successful, our products valuable to our customers and critically to help boost the efficiency and impact of the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Be responsible for meeting a financial target and key performance indicators.

  • Work closely with the Licensing team.

  • Provide regular updates to the team lead and in the customer management system.

  • Collaborate and align with various stakeholders.

  • Establish a sustainable cadence for your role and the tasks at hand.

  • Continuously measure and refine your performance to maximise success.

  • Deliver a positive, insightful, and valuable service for customers.

  • Engage with customers respectfully and from a point of knowledge.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in licensing and software.

  • Confidence and gravitas, with experience in business-to-business interactions.

  • Experience within a partner/reseller indirect sales organisation.

  • Proactive, results-oriented approach.

  • Highly responsive and passionate communicator – both written and spoken.

  • Ability to navigate a virtual/matrix-based organisation.

  • Creative and critical thinker.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify where to focus efforts and what insights are most valuable to share with client’s customers.

  • IT/technical skills and knowledge.

  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
