This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of marketing for a major player in the high-street retail space. As a Client Partner, you’ll be the strategic advisor and relationship owner for key clients. You will dive deep into their business, understand their needs, and develop innovative marketing solutions that leverage the platform’s full potential. You’ll be the architect of their success, crafting long-term visions and leading the execution of strategic initiatives. This role offers high visibility, fast-paced challenges, and the chance to make a tangible difference in a competitive market.

This is a 12-month, fully on-site contract, offering £127k per annum, pro rata (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted by EOD Wed 2nd July.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the strategic direction and growth of a portfolio of high-value clients in the high-street retail sector.
  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to day-to-day contacts.
  • Become an expert in the client’s industry and business, identifying opportunities to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Leverage data and insights to develop compelling business cases and inform client recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, engineering, and product, to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
  • Forecast revenue, track performance, and proactively address any challenges to meet and exceed targets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy and consulting roles.
  • Experience with CRM and Ads Manager platforms.
  • Experience influencing executives and clients at a senior level.
  • Proven ability to leverage data, develop insights, and build compelling business cases.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams.
  • A deep understanding of performance marketing principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with revenue forecasting and reporting.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience across a range of advertising solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product teams.
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
