Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Campaign Program Manager to join our dynamic EMEA Marketing team as a contractor. This role is crucial for orchestrating the successful planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the EMEA region, supporting in driving engagement and pipeline growth. You will act as the central hub for multiple projects, ensuring seamless delivery and strong follow-up. This position is key to “activating the strategy” of their EMEA programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Execution & Delivery: Own the program execution delivery strategy, timeline, and governance for EMEA marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Activation & Advising: Work alongside the Campaign Lead to ensure EMEA program success. This includes advising on campaign activation and ensuring the strategy translates into effective execution.
- Project Management: Juggle multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet target objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Campaign Leads, GSDO, Creative, Localization, Digital, Marketing Ops, and RMMs to activate programs and oversee interconnected work streams across EMEA.
- Briefing & Delivery Ownership: Own the briefing process at a tactic level, ensuring all marketing tactics are delivered to brief. This includes owning the briefing and delivery of all promotional tactics, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Process Improvement: Champion initiatives to improve how we work, supporting processes like the Gather Model workshops and piloting new self-managed models to simplify workflows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage stakeholder communications from the build to activate phase, serving as a single point of contact for countries. This includes owning regional stakeholder communication from the tactic opt-in stage through to gaining final regional approval at each stage of delivery.
- Campaign Support & Reporting: Support the design and execution of specific campaigns (e.g., webinars, webcasts, emails, landing pages), and report on campaign performance against strict deadlines and KPIs, making recommendations for optimization.
- Innovation & Tools: Support the introduction and roll-out of new tools like Goldcast to enhance engagement and efficiency in campaign delivery.
What You Bring:
- Proven Marketing Program Management: 3 – 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on project and program management of complex marketing campaigns, preferably within the high-tech industry.
- Organisational Acumen: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and an ability to advise and influence.
- Adaptability: Ability to operate effectively with diverse teams and countries across EMEA, supporting various types of projects.
- Results-Driven: A proven ability to deliver commitments on time, achieving or exceeding business goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Adobe), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Tableau), and project management tools (e.g., Workfront).
- Initiative: A proactive approach with a “can-do” attitude and enthusiasm for challenges.
