We are seeking a highly experienced Product Designer to join a leading technology organisation’s Workplace team. This role involves designing intuitive and effective internal tools that enhance collaboration, productivity, and communication across the organisation. You’ll play a crucial part in shaping user experiences and helping deliver scalable design solutions.
This role can be done remotely if you’re inside the UK or hybrid, 3 days per week onsite in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate broad, conceptual ideas into user-centric and valuable product features.
- Design user flows, experiences, and high-fidelity interfaces that simplify complex tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and content designers.
- Take ownership of end-to-end product experiences across web (primary), mobile (iOS/Android), and desktop platforms.
- Work through all phases of design – research, ideation, execution, testing, and refinement.
- Contribute to quality assurance by identifying and resolving design issues during development.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience delivering product features from concept to launch across multiple platforms.
- Strong interaction design skills with the ability to define scalable and user-friendly experiences.
- Proficiency in visual design – typography, UI for desktop/mobile, layout, colour theory, and iconography.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with Figma and a good grasp of AI-powered design tools (preferred).
- Solid understanding of design systems and how to manage and evolve design components.
Desired Background
- Experience in B2B, enterprise-level productivity or communication tools.
- Knowledge or interest in AI-powered internal tools or enhancing design efficiency with AI.
- Familiarity with tools/products in areas such as chat, collaboration, project management, or compliance.
- Companies of interest: Monday.com, Slack, Asana, or other relevant productivity/communication platforms.
