This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on a global scale. You will design and deliver impactful training programs, collaborate with sales leadership, and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge advertising platform.
This is a 12 months, hybrid contract, offering up to £97k pa pro rata (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 5 working days from the time they applied.
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will:
- Partner with the training team to develop and execute in-person training curriculum for all new sales team members.
- Deliver ongoing training on product knowledge, reporting systems, consultative sales techniques, and industry-specific insights to enhance client engagement and performance.
- Create and maintain learning resources and reference materials to support training initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions for new product launches, driving client adoption and maximizing product impact.
- Conduct training to enhance both technical proficiency and client engagement skills within the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify development needs and implement targeted training programs that align with team goals and objectives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Sales training experience in a B2B, technology, or other knowledge-intensive field
- Proven ability to deliver sales training curriculum for complex products in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
- Experience leading in-person training sessions and delivering curriculum to sales and account management teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in the digital advertising industry, including mobile app advertising, search advertising, performance marketing, and display advertising
