This is a 11 months, hybrid contract, offering up to £288.20 per day (PAYE) – 40hrs/week. This role is open for a limited time. **What You’ll Do:**

As a strategic leader for significant initiatives, you will partner closely with creative and brand leadership to develop compelling points of view, robust strategic platforms, and insightful business analyses. Your work will directly shape innovative creative output, ensuring it is both impactful and aligned with the brand’s global vision. You will guide strategic conversations, drive insight generation, and foster collaboration across diverse teams to deliver exceptional marketing experiences.

* Collaborate with creative and brand leadership to develop strategic frameworks, business analyses, and creative briefs that drive innovative work.
* Act as the strategic lead for key initiatives, guiding their direction and impact.
* Refine and strengthen the brand’s connection with current and future customers through objective, insights-driven approaches.
* Provide strategic leadership during creative development and reviews, pushing for provocative and impactful work.
* Develop, maintain, and champion strategic platforms and points of view, integrating input from various internal and external partners.
* Lead the creation of comprehensive project and creative briefs for internal creative teams as new initiatives arise.
* Serve as the primary strategic contact for external agency partners, providing clear project briefs and guiding creative development.
* Guide your team in developing points of view and presentations on relevant cultural, market, and category opportunities.
* Propose and lead insight development, including primary research projects, to inform strategic decisions.
* Partner with product marketing teams to understand business objectives and identify new market opportunities.
* Act as a global strategic lead and resource, ensuring alignment and a singular vision across diverse markets.

**What You’ll Bring:**

* Solid experience in strategic brand planning.
* Proven ability to radically simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights.
* Deep understanding and extensive experience in marketing strategy, experience design, design research, or brand communications.
* A track record of successfully leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people across different disciplines and levels.
* Deep expertise in partnering with and building productive relationships with creative professionals across various fields, including advertising, video, interactive, and print.
* Exceptional skills in business and brand strategy, insights and research, and media and communications planning.
* The ability to synthesize disparate sources of information into a strong, cohesive strategic narrative.
* Extraordinary writing, visual storytelling, and presentation skills.
* Prior experience within a creative advertising or design agency, with examples of creative briefs or case studies.
